We review your current growth system across paid media, website, product pages, tracking, SEO, Amazon listings and funnel flow. You get a clear view of what is blocking scale and what should be prioritized first. The audit is practical, specific and honest - not a polished pitch deck designed to sell you a retainer.
It is genuinely free. No hidden fees. No obligation to hire us. We do it because it is the best way to show you what we find and how we think - and because most brands leave the audit conversation with at least one or two things they can act on immediately, regardless of whether they work with us.
The strategy call is typically 45–60 minutes. Before the call, we review your accounts, website, listings and available data so the conversation is focused on what we actually found, not generic questions.
Ideally, read-only access to your Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or Amazon Seller Central accounts - plus your website URL and any relevant context about your current challenges, monthly ad spend and revenue goals. If you cannot share account access before the call, we can work with whatever is publicly visible and discuss account details on the call.

No. Ads are only one part of the system. We also work on creative strategy, analytics, SEO, Amazon, product listing optimization and CRO - because profitable scale depends on the full customer journey, not just campaign structure. Most brands we work with end up with 2–4 active service areas running simultaneously.
Not always from day one. We start with the highest-leverage areas identified in the audit. For some brands that is Meta and Google. For others it is Amazon and SEO. We build the system in order of impact - not by selling you the biggest possible retainer from the start.
We handle creative strategy: offer angles, ad concepts, UGC briefs, video directions and static frameworks. We do not run a production house, but our briefs are detailed enough for your videographers or UGC creators to execute directly. For brands that need production partnerships, we can recommend vetted options.
No. We work with Shopify, WooCommerce, custom eCommerce sites and brands that sell primarily on Amazon or multi-channel across Shopify and Amazon. If you are a D2C or eCommerce brand with real product-market proof, we can likely help.

When to expect what.

Some tracking, structure and conversion fixes can show early improvements quickly - sometimes within the first two to four weeks. Bigger, compounding growth usually emerges over 60–90 days as creative testing, campaign learning, SEO improvements and CRO changes begin working together. We are honest about what is fast versus what takes time.
No honest agency can. What we can guarantee is that the work is done systematically, with clear priorities and weekly accountability. We have generated over $70M in revenue for 40+ brands - but every brand's starting point, product and market are different. We will tell you what we think is realistic before we start.
We tell you. Directly. Our weekly insight reports are designed to flag what is not working, not hide it. We update the roadmap, shift budget or pivot creative direction based on what the data shows. Working Together

Ownership, access and communication.

Yes. Everything created for your brand belongs to your brand. Account structure, strategy documents, dashboards, creative directions and ad assets remain transparent and accessible to your team at all times. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
You get a weekly insight report: what changed, why it changed, what we learned and what we are doing next. We use Slack or email for day-to-day communication. Monthly strategy reviews go deeper into channel performance and roadmap updates. You never have to chase us for an update.
Senior strategists, not account managers handing off to juniors. Rahul, our founder, is actively involved in strategy and account oversight across all engagements. Each service area has a dedicated specialist - paid media, Amazon, SEO, CRO - but the strategy and decision layer is always senior.
We work best with brands that already have product-market proof, traffic, some sales history or a serious growth plan with capital behind it. If the foundation is weak - product issues, unclear offer, no real revenue yet - we will be honest about what needs fixing before scaling spend. We would rather tell you that now than waste your money proving it later.
Pricing & Fit

Costs, minimums and fit.

We do not have a one-size-fits-all minimum. Retainer scope depends on which services are included and how many channels we are managing. What we can say is that we work with brands that are serious about growth - which typically means a meaningful media budget and a genuine commitment to the process. We will be transparent about what makes sense at the audit stage.
Our retainers are typically structured as a flat monthly fee that covers all active service areas. We avoid percentage-of-spend pricing because it creates the wrong incentive: we should be recommending the right budget for your brand, not the biggest one that maximizes our fee. We are open to discussing performance components for established relationships.
We do not treat channels separately. We connect performance, creative and data into one operating system so every week produces decisions, not just reports. We are operator-led - senior people doing the work, not account managers reading dashboards. And we are honest: we tell you what is not working as clearly as what is. If you want clear thinking, weekly accountability and a team that behaves like an extension of your company rather than a vendor - that is us.
